**Bus transportation will be provided to and from campuses for in-person rehearsals** 

Students MUST ride the school bus to rehearsal.

• ONLY Clear bags will be allowed in the building. 
• All graduates must enter through the west wing of the building a minimum of one hour prior to their graduation start time. Doors on the west end will be locked 30 minutes before the graduation ceremony begins. If you arrive late, you will not be permitted to participate in the processional. 
• Guests must enter through the main entry doors. Doors will open 1 hour prior to the graduation ceremony. 
• We highly encourage all guests to arrive early. Seats are limited to first come, first serve. 
• Graduates and guests must exit the building immediately following the ceremony. 
• Graduates will exit out of the west side of the building, with the exception of Manor Excel Academy, which will exit through the main entrance of the building. 
• Guests will exit out of the main entrance of the building.
• Graduates may be greeted by their guests outside the building immediately following the ceremony. 

General Information: 

To ensure all families, guests, and scholars receive the best graduation experience:

• Bags and large objects that obstruct the view and aisles, such as strollers, balloons, and large signage such as banners and posters, are prohibited. If bags or large objects are brought into the facility, you will be asked to return these items to your vehicle.
• Celebratory items such as confetti are prohibited.
• ONLY clear bags will be allowed in the facility.
• No food or drinks will be allowed into the facility. Items needed for medical and/or infant care purposes are acceptable.

Graduate Check-In will begin at 8:00 AM. All scholars will be required to check in at the west entrance. The official individual graduation photo with diploma cover will be taken upon check-in, so please arrive picture-ready. This will be the only opportunity for graduates to receive the official photo with their diploma cover. After check-in, graduates will be escorted to a holding room. 

All families or friends attending the graduation ceremonies can park for free. The Manor ISD Police Department will provide a shuttle service within the Shoreline North Campus parking lot for families needing assistance. 

Seating is first-come, first-served. Handicap seating is available. If you have questions, staff will be available to help you.

Virtual Viewing of the Ceremony Graduation ceremonies will air live on manorisdtv and Facebook. 

Professional Photography will be provided for all four graduation ceremonies by Look At Me Media. Photos will be available for families to view and purchase at the Look At Me Media website. Because a professional service will be provided, it is encouraged to turn your mobile devices and digital cameras off during the graduation ceremony. Candid photos will also be posted on the Manor ISD Facebook page! 

Manor ISD recommends that if anyone is sick or not feeling well, they refrain from attending the indoor graduation event. All graduation ceremonies will be live-streamed on manorisdtv and Facebook.
